Social Security Disability

In order to receive Social Security benefits prior to age 65, a person must have a physical disability or a mental disability or a combination of both which makes it impossible for them to work 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.  Most applicants for these benefits are denied the first time they apply.  Since progressing through the application process involves intensive paperwork, a court hearing and significant follow up, many people find it helpful to have an attorney represent their interests.

Bankruptcy
